i found the location very convenient to the metro station. i also appreciated that several shops and cafes are nearby. the team at the front desk showed a warm attitude and willingness to help . their courtesy created a cute atmosphere.
the hotel provided maps intended for hop-on-hop-off buses, these maps were too small. they were also difficult to read, not very useful when trying to explore the area.

i LOVED that the staff made sure everything was perfect. A BIG thanks goes to Patricia at the front desk. She helped me a lot. We loved staying there so much.
The breakfast was REALLY disappointing. The bread was hard and the coffee was bad.

the room was small, but it worked for my needs. it was REALLY clean, and the cleaning service came every day, towels were fresh. The bed had comfy mattresses and clean bedsheets.

the breakfast had lots of fruit and bread options (i loved the variety!). the staff took great care of the food and customers. i appreciated the modern locker for belongings. i did not need to pay extra to use it.
the room was a little small for moving around.

the breakfast was quite good it had a simple selection that worked well the room was comfortable too clean bedding. the location was pretty central it made getting around relatively easy
the minibar did not cool drinks sufficiently i did not consume any products as a result the staff member i encountered was somewhat rude their attitude impacted my experience negatively
